I do like the new play for Groupon Mike. It’s brilliant. That said, I’m standing by my “Ridiculous” assessment because of an axiom that I’ve always believed-in and lived-by — that the very best businesses (hence the most valuable businesses) take a LONG TIME to build. They just do. God bless Groupon for having cracked the code on a revenue-generating idea, but they were founded in late 2008 for goodness sake. I just don’t know how resilient, sustainable, and tech-focused any business can be in just two years. Rather than worry about it, I would’ve guessed the Groupon board would’ve taken the money and run. Then again, the Groupon founder/CEO is a musician and we all know what a crazy mix that can be. ;-)

Hey joe! Congrats! What an adventure! My husband and I got married oct 22nd of this year, he got the flew 4 out of 7 days, I thought we had bad luck. Sike. It certainly didn’t involve natural disasters..glad you both made it home alright! Congratulations again.
